Private Yoga Session
This private yoga session will be specified based on the individual. We will cover foundational asanas of yoga guiding through tailored modifications depending on the unique practice of the individual. We will work through gentle movement and postures designed to reduce stress, increase self-awareness and build strength and balance.
This practice is combined with supported, conscious body/mind relaxation poses. When supported with props, the body relaxes and opens, releasing tension and stress. Restorative poses offer benefits to both the body and mind. Students will hold a small number of relaxing poses for extended periods of time to enjoy some deep meditative time and stress relief.
